Privacy Policy

Overview
Timegres is a personal planning app for iPhone, operated by Inoa Labs LLC. It is designed to be local-first and to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what that means in practice.
Information we collect
The Timegres app does not collect personal information automatically. There are no accounts, no analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporting, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party tracking SDKs in the app. We do not build a profile of you and we do not sell data.
If you contact us for support, privacy, or business questions, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your email address, message, device model, iOS version, or troubleshooting details. We use that information only to respond to your request.
Where your data lives
The content you create in Timegres (your tasks, events, reminders, notes, countdowns, goals, areas, day templates, time logs, and settings) is stored on your device. Inoa Labs LLC does not operate servers that receive or store your content.
iCloud sync
Timegres offers sync through Apple's iCloud. When you use it, your data is stored in your own private iCloud account and handled by Apple under Apple's terms and privacy policy. Timegres operates no cloud servers of its own and does not have access to your iCloud data. You can review Apple's practices in Apple's privacy documentation.
App Store, TestFlight, and diagnostics
If you install Timegres through the App Store or TestFlight, Apple may process information related to your download, purchase, device, beta feedback, crash logs, and diagnostics under Apple's terms and privacy policy. We may receive information Apple makes available to developers, such as TestFlight feedback, crash reports, and sales or download summaries. We use that information only to test, support, and improve Timegres. Timegres does not add its own analytics, telemetry, or crash-reporting service.
Apple Calendar access
Timegres can show your existing calendar events alongside your timeline so they count toward your available capacity. This access is optional, requested only if you enable it, and strictly read-only: Timegres does not create, modify, delete, import, or transmit your calendar events.
Notifications
If you enable notifications, Timegres schedules them locally on your device for things like reminders, countdown alerts, start-soon nudges, and recap prompts. There are no push notifications sent from our servers.
Permissions
Timegres only requests two device permissions, and only when you turn the related feature on: Calendar (read-only) and Notifications. The app does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, photos, contacts, or health data.
Data export and backup
You can export a complete backup of your data as a JSON file and restore it later. Exported backup files only leave your device when you choose to share them. You are in control of where those backup files go.
Retention and deletion
App content stays on your device until you edit or delete it in the app, remove the app, replace it with an imported backup, or the operating system removes it. If iCloud sync is available, synced content remains in your private iCloud account until it is changed or deleted through Timegres or managed through Apple's iCloud controls.
Support emails and related troubleshooting details are kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond to you, handle follow-up questions, and maintain ordinary business records.
Your choices
You can revoke Calendar and Notification permissions at any time in iOS Settings. You can also turn off the Apple Calendar overlay in Timegres Settings. iCloud availability and iCloud data are controlled through your Apple ID and iCloud settings. To ask a privacy question or request help with your data, contact us at [email protected].
Children's privacy
Timegres is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above. Material changes will be reflected here.
